Contact our gallery team via email or phone within 14 days of receiving your artwork to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Original Packaging
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original professional crates or specialized boxing to ensure the piece is protected against damage during transit.
Arrange Safe Transit
Ship the item back to our gallery using a tracked and insured courier service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged before they reach us.
Inspection and Refund
Once our curators have inspected the returned piece and confirmed it is in its original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
